Weekend Recap

What a fun weekend! So, since I have to entertain myself on Friday, I treated myself to a pedicure after work (with Party in my Cabana of course), made a healthy dinner of chicken vegetable soup and then helped my nine year-old and six year-old cousins put together a scrapbook to give to their mom for Mother's Day. I was so impressed that they were ahead of the game!

Saturday morning I spent working on invitations and then my friend Tiffany and I headed to the Pecan Street Arts Festival downtown. I found a great Soy Delites candle and a pair of handmade earrings. We ate the best fair food and after we had walked through all the booths we hung out on Maggie Mae's rooftop and people watched.


















Since I was already sweaty and gross from walking around the festival, I came home did some major gardening, and then made dinner for A and I using Aura's wonderful recipe! We rented Milk and it was amazing!! Look at all the peppers that came back this year!

Sunday, I went to a yoga class in the morning, then laundry and cleaning before I picked up mom from the airport and we did some shopping and went to church. Overall great relaxing weekend!!

I'm so excited about seeing all my Oklahoma friends this weekend! Need to find a cute dress for the graduation I'm attending on Friday...
